Fiona ran demonstrations for The Outdoor Show in partnership with Bushcraft and Survival Skills, (who she writes for) and Community foods.

National Marmalade Day 10th February 2008
Fiona demonstrated at the Marmalade Festival held at Dalemain in Cumbria, in aid of Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland. Her demonstrations were sponsored by Mackays Marmalade. For more info click here.

Piggybankkids Trust cookery demonstration at Glamis Castle Saturday 5th January
Children (aged 4-10) were treated to a healthy cooking demonstration and games by Lili Bird and her friends, raising money for Piggybankkids Trust.

Smoothie Winner Demonstrations 28th November 2007
Logie Coldstone School and Marykirk Primary School won Stirrin'Stuff demonstrations in a Scottish Countryside Alliance and Hamlyn Oats Smoothie-making competition. Fi visited both schools in the same day.

The Scottish Co-op donated a Stirrin' workshop as a Fairtrade Fortnight Prize, which was won by Royal School Dunkeld Playgroup, and claimed on the 15th of March.
