Abergavenny Saturday 16th September 2006

We went to Abergavenny Food Festival. Although my experience of Wales as a country was a little negative, I did enjoy the town and the festival was pretty impressive for such a small place. Mum, Tom and I did our kids’ cooking demo in a Marquee in the Children’s section; we had a full audience of enthusiastic kids who were keen to answer questions and to make a big mess. Tom and I, yet again, handed around more organic food flyers, the people in Abergavenny seemed more interested in organic food than the people of Glamis and Dundee, and a lot of the people we asked seemed to grow their own food.
